Calf stretch

3 rounds of:

30 sec High knees

30 sec Butt kickers

30 sec Toy soldiers

4 rounds, for time:

400 meter run

Rest 1 minute

Then,

8 rounds of:

15 sec Hollow Hold (scale: tuck)

15 sec rest
