Find a PVC, broom stick or dowel and complete for QUALITY:

5 sets of:

5 Snatch balance

5 OHS

5 sets of:

5 Power clean

5 Front squat

3 sets of:

5 Shoulder press

5 Push press

5 Push jerk

15 Bent-over row

If you have a barbell you can use it. Do not add weight.

Then, spend 10 minutes working on mobility and stretching. You
