Bottom of the squat

3 rounds of:

30 sec Overhead Squat with PVC

30 sec Inchworm + push-up

30 sec Shoulder taps in push-up

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time:

Weighted squat

Push-ups (scale: elevated)

Use any object or weight for squats. You can hold it in the front rack position or on your shoulders. Stay tight during the push-up (no hand release at the bottom).
