April 2019 CrossFit OwnIt Athlete of the Month – Ray

Congrats Ray Richards for being selected for COI’s April Athlete of the Month. Ray started CrossFit 5 years ago and started at CrossFit OwnIt last year. He likes to work on snatches, but hates when Devils press is in the WOD. CrossFit is like a daily competition for Ray. Each day is a new day to be better. COI has become a second home for Ray. He enjoys being at COI because of the friendships he has made and the people that push him to be better. Ray’s goal for the upcoming year is to work on improving his strict handstand push ups.
