I enjoy CrossFit because it provides an intense workout and builds strength in a unique way, different from the mundane workouts and exercises I previously did. Working out at CrossFit OwnIt is a combination of a full body workout, a nice sweat, and a great community. As an athlete, I enjoy not only the training aspect, but the competition side as well. As a coach, I enjoy providing group and 1 on 1 coaching and help my clients achieve their goals.
