Sarah is a born and raised Carolina girl. After breaking her neck in an accident in 2007, she was forced to learn to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle to negate pain and complications from having a spinal fusion. After tinkering around with globo gym style fitness and LOTS of elliptical time she decided to try CrossFit and was immediately hooked. Not only was it the first time she saw improvement in her pain, but it was the first time she found herself feeling like an athlete again.
Sarah has worked in and managed a wide range of gyms all the way from kids gymnastics, to boot camps, and lots of CrossFit gyms. During her coaching career, she has worked with many people from many different walks of life to improve their nutrition, fitness, and overall health.
Sarah really got into nutrition after hiring a nutrition coach for herself and seeing how quickly changing her diet in small ways improved her performance, energy, sleep, and body composition. After accepting a job with a gym that ran a ton of nutrition challenges, she developed the knowledge via certifications and practical experiences to work with people of all needs and goals. She is so excited to chat with you and help you develop a plan to not only reach, but absolutely smash, all of your goals!
