30 sec Mountain climbers
30 sec Hollow hold (scale: tuck)
Alternating EMOM for 15 minutes:
1 – 3 wall walks
2 – 6 reverse burpees
3 – 9 burpees
Scale reps as needed to complete each set in 45 seconds or less
Then, accumulate 2 minutes in an L-sit.
