25 foot hs walk/30 sec hs hold (add shoulder taps if able)

13/11 cal bike or row

3-5 power snatch (135/95)

10 pistols or 20 air squats (athlete can use band or to box if they would like to try pistols)

*low intensity high skill day. Purpose is to try some new skills under moderate fatigue
