Congratulations to David Donis for receiving October Athlete Of The Month! We are so proud of you David and all your hard work! David started CrossFit a little over a year ago and has stuck with it ever since.
When he walked into the gym for the first time, he felt nervous but also super welcomed by the community and coaches. He felt that all the coaches were very attentive. Since he was just a beginner, that was a really nice feature for him.
David’s current training goals are to be able to consistently hit toes to bar and increase his core strength!
His favorite part of the gym are the people and how welcoming the community is! He has made a lot of new friends and loves to hit workouts with a supportive crew.
David’s favorite cheat meal is anything fried! And not many people know this about David, but he loves to travel and explore new places.
David’s best advice for anyone starting CrossFit is to stick with it and stay consistent and listen to the coaches.
